Grace Zhou

Grace Zhou（周国瑛）, Ph.D from Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry Chinese Academy of Sciences, former Associate Professor at Universiry of Chicago. As a National “Thousand Talents” Award receiver, Dr. Zhou was also awarded the Women in Science Award by International Society for Antiviral Research in 2019 and one of China's Top Ten Outstanding Female Entrepreneurs in 2021. Currently she is the Co-founder, CEO and Chairman of ImmVira Group which is a biotechnology company focused on development of new generation novel anti-cancer drug vectors. The company has developed science, technology and know-how to support ongoing research, development and commercialization of best-in-class mono and combo therapies on the OvPENS (Open vector+ Potent, Enabling, Novel & Safe) platform. The first three oncolytic virus products are currently undergoing six Phase I or Phase II clinical trials in both United States and China including mono-therapy and combination study of oncolytic virus with target therapy.
